If you have an emergency during regular business hours, please call us immediately and tell us your name, the pet involved, the nature of your emergency, your cell phone number, and expected time of arrival.

If you think your pet has ingested a poisonous substance, plant, or prescription medication, please call one of the poison centers listed above:
the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center, or Pet Poison Helpline You will be charged a per-incident fee depending on the nature of the poison. Northwoods Veterinary Center, LLC will work with the poison centers to treat your pet. You can also click on the following links for more information.
